The Grand Hall takes all of the necessary and recommended measures to maintain a healthful and sanitary environment for our guests and staff members. However, The Grand Hall in no way guarantees or promises that a guest or staff member will not transmit or communicate SARS-CoV-2 (also known as COVID-19) to another guest or staff member. If you are exhibiting or experiencing symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 at the time of check-in or during your stay, including but not limited to, fever, chills, cough, sore throat, and/or loss of taste or smell, The Grand Hall reserves the right to cancel your stay and will issue a credit to your account for any unfulfilled nights, meals, spa treatments, or wellness treatments. By booking an event with us, you understand that The Grand Hall cannot and does not guarantee that its environment, its staff members, or its other guests are free of SARS-CoV-2 and you waive any and all claims you may have against The Grand Hall if your stay is cancelled pursuant to this paragraph or if you contract or are diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2.
